uMntfwanenkhosi Vuyolwethu Dlamini is a financial services professional with more than 20 years in the industry and over a decade at the helm of Indalo Africa Financial Solutions. He is the approved Key Individual for the firm's entire FSCA licence, the person the regulator holds accountable for the management and oversight of every financial service Indalo Africa renders.
Before founding Indalo Africa in 2014, he built his expertise within South Africa's Blue Chip financial institutions, developing deep knowledge across financial planning, investment advisory, retirement structuring, and risk management. Working across a broad and diverse client base, from individuals and families to corporates, fleet operations, and municipal entities. He achieved Guardrisk Millionaires Club production level, a designation that reflects sustained, high-volume performance across the full spectrum of his advisory practice.
His founding conviction was and remains straightforward: every South African deserves financial guidance that is professional and genuinely personal. That conviction is the operating principle of Indalo Africa today.
Beyond financial services, he serves as Chairman of Embo Farming Solutions Primary Cooperative and leads a Food Sovereignty and Generational Wealth Initiative on behalf of the Kalomshiyo Chiefdom. As a 5th descendant of King Mswati II, his Royal lineage informs both his stakeholder approach and his long-term vision for the firm.
Miss Nhlengethwa is the operational backbone of Indalo Africa. She holds responsibility for the systems, processes, and client service standards that determine how the firm delivers on its promises.
She completed her BCom Degree from the University of the Free State Cum Laude, where she also served as a tutor for first year students. She is currently completing her Honours in Investment Management at the University of Johannesburg.
Additionally she is a Golden Key Society member. She brings genuine analytical depth to her operational role. Alongside the CEO, she completed the full two-year Aurik Asset of Value enterprise development programme (2023 to 2025), funded by PSG Employee Benefits Limited as a B-BBEE enterprise development contribution, through which Indalo Africa built its institutional-grade systems and delivery infrastructure. Certified 24 July 2025. She is the firm's Systems Architect, holding the mandate for operational excellence, process integrity, and client service delivery.
FAIS Key Individual (KI) · 25 Years in Financial Services
Mr. Keetse brings 25 years of financial services experience to Indalo Africa, joining at the point of the firm's transition from a fully rebuilt, institutionally certified practice into a nationally active operation.
His career spans some of South Africa's most prominent financial institutions. As Provincial General Manager at Old Mutual Mpumalanga (2003 to 2010), he led the development and execution of insurance programmes across the province. As Provincial General Manager at Old Mutual Gauteng (2012 to 2021), he achieved an R931 million sales target through disciplined provincial management. Most recently, he served as General Manager at Momentum Metropolitan (2022 to 2024), championing sales strategies across Gauteng, North West, and the Free State and building institutional stakeholder relationships at provincial level.
His academic credentials include programmes at GIBS, Old Mutual Business School (UCT), Duke CE, INSEAD, and Wits Business School. He holds a BTech in Marketing from UNISA and a Graduate Diploma in International Marketing from IMM. He was recognised in the top 5% of his GIBS Executive Development cohort. He is an approved FAIS Key Individual (KI), authorised to manage and oversee the rendering of financial services.
Beyond his commercial career, Mr. Keetse has served on the boards of the Mpumalanga Parks and Tourism Authority, the Black Management Forum, the Lowveld Chamber of Business and Tourism, and multiple Old Mutual governance boards. He served as Chairperson of Tourism Marketing at MTPA. His Mpumalanga roots and long-established networks across the province's government and public sector position him to lead Indalo Africa's activation of the GEPF and government retirement market nationally.
